The inspiration for Fon 23 was rooted in three key concepts: human-oriented design, social responsibility, and resource sharing. Truedreams Construction envisioned an office space that was not only comfortable and spacious but also environmentally responsible. The design team aimed to create a smart green office building, utilizing eco-friendly materials and techniques from the design phase through to construction. The building's public facilities are also open to charities, reflecting the company's commitment to resource sharing.

What sets Fon 23 apart from other office buildings is its commitment to green design. The building is characterized by extensive greening, with the use of recyclable energy and eco-friendly construction materials. The integration of indoor and outdoor spaces through large French windows and a water landscape on the terrace further enhances the building's unique aesthetic and environmental friendliness.

Fon 23, which covers an area of 5561.1 m2, was completed in January 2020 in Taichung, Taiwan. One of the challenges faced during the design process was vertical greening.
